PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 86 E. 100 S, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:

 

           

Public Hearing: Vicinity Plan Amendment.

(City Wide)

Public Hearing to consider a request from Elizabeth Larsen to amend the adopted city Local Streets Vicinity Plan for undeveloped properties.  The applicant is requesting the removal of portions of a proposed road planned to go along the west boundaries of the parcel number 14:012:0140 as well as a proposed road to connect future developments on the neighboring lots to the east. The aforementioned portion of the road is a continuation of 900 W between 1650 N and 1800 N.

 

Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit – Located at 67 S Main St.

Public Hearing to consider the request of Drew Armstrong for the demolition of a historic building which is allowed by the issuance of a conditional use permit by the Planning Commission. The proposed building to be demolished is on property located at 67 S Main St. in the Downtown Village Zone – Mixed Use Overlay

Public Hearing: City Code Amendment – Section 10-12-Article A: Business and Manufacturing Park Zone (BMP).

Public Hearing to consider the request of Preston Davies to amend City Code 10-12-Article A: Business and Manufacturing Park Zone (BMP) by revising and reorganizing the provisions regarding permitted and conditional uses as well as various zoning requirements.

 

Public Hearing: Site Plan – Located at approx. 700 S 550 W.

Public Hearing to consider a request from William Stewart for approval of a proposed site plan for a warehouse facility named Clear Lake Warehouse Condos. The property is located at 700 S 550 W in the M-D (Manufacturing District) Zone.

Public Hearing: Site Plan – Located at approx. 1107 W State St.

Public Hearing to consider a request from James Eagar for approval of a proposed site plan for a fitness center named The Training Room. The property is located at approximately 1107 W State St in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.

Public Hearing: Subdivision Plat– Located at approx. 1107 W State St.

Public Hearing to consider a request from James Eagar for approval of a proposed single lot commercial subdivision plat. totaling 2.2 acres. The site is located at approximately 1107 W State St, residing in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
