Notice of City Council meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City hereby gives notice that the City Council will normally hold its Regular Meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noticed) in the City Council Chambers, (south entrance), 86 E.100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, as follows:

 on the agenda. *Please Note: If a Primary Election is held the City Council meeting will be held on the Wednesday after the election.  If a General Election is held the City Council meeting will be held on the Wednesday after the election.

Notice of City Council Work Session Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the City Council will normally hold its regular Work Session on the second and fourth Tuesday (unless otherwise noticed) starting at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah. Please see above schedule for specific dates.

Notice of City Council and Planning Commission Joint Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice of joint meetings of the City Council and Planning Commission to be held on March 22, May 24, and August 23, 2011 in the City Council Chambers, (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., as needed. The joint meetings are for training and work session purposes.

Notice of Planning Commission Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Planning Commission will hold its regular meetings on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, starting at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah. Meetings will be preceded by a work session at 6:00 p.m. No meetings are scheduled for the fourth Thursdays in November and December. The 2011 meeting schedule is as follows:

Notice of Board of Adjustment Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Board of Adjustment will hold its meetings the third Thursday of each month. The meetings will start at 7:00 p.m. with a pre-meeting at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Persons desiring to be on the agenda must submit the application at least 30 days preceding the meeting. To be placed on the agenda please contact Community Development Dept. at 801-785-6057. Please note that there will not be a BOA meeting help on Thursday June 16, 2011.

Notice of Neighborhood Advisory Board Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Neighborhood Advisory Board (NAB) will hold its regular meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month starting at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m., as needed. The NAB meetings are held in the Community Development Break Room, 86 E. 100 S. December 6, 2011 will be the only NAB meeting held in December.

Notice of Redevelopment Agency Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Redevelopment Agency will hold meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, as needed. The Redevelopment Agency Meeting is held in the City Council Chambers, (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Persons desiring to be on the agenda should be placed thereon by 9:00 a.m. the Friday before. Contact should be made with the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency to be placed on the agenda, 801-785-5045.

Notice of Municipal Building Authority Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Municipal Building Authority meetings will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, as needed. The Municipal Building Authority meeting is held in the City Hall Conference Room 70 South 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah. Persons desiring to be on the agenda should contact City Hall (801-785-5045) by 9:00 a.m. the Friday before.

Notice of Library Board Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Library Board will hold its meetings the first Thursday of each month except for December. The meetings will start at 7:00 p.m., downstairs, in the Pleasant Grove City Library multi-purpose room, 30 E. Center St., Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Notice of Metropolitan Water District of Pleasant Grove Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Metropolitan Water District of Pleasant Grove will hold meetings, as needed. These meetings will be held at the City Hall offices, 70 S. 100 E., Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Notice of Beautification Commission Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Beautification Commission will hold its meetings the second Thursday of each month, as needed. The meetings will start 6:00 p.m, at the Jacobs Senior Center, 242 W.200 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah. A meeting will not be held in December.

Notice of Arts Commission Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Arts Commission will hold its meetings the third Thursday of each month, as needed. The meetings will start at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Center, 547 S. Locust, Pleasant Grove, Utah. A meeting will not be held in December.

Notice of Design Review Board (DRB) of Pleasant Grove Meetings for 2011:

Pleasant Grove City Corporation hereby gives notice that the Design Review Board of Pleasant Grove will hold meetings, as needed. These meetings will be held in the Council Chambers 86 East 100 South Pleasant Grove, Utah.
